Moïse Jsraelowitz Constantinople Éditeur Istanbul (Constantinople), Turkey (Publisher) The Istanbul (Constantinople) firm of Moïse Jsraelowitz Constantinople Éditeur, which employed the initials M.J.C. and M.I.C., was located at Hamidiye caddesi 81, Istanbul, and was the second largest photographer/publisher of postcards (after ) in the Ottoman capital during the two decades before the outbreak of the First World War. The firm produced approximately 800 to 1000 different picture postcards during those years. The M.I.C. [Moïse Israelowitz Constantinople] initials were used on postcards published for which were reproductions of watercolor paintings by the German painter (1871?1950).
