The first edition Of "General Principles of Turkish Law" is a product of a four year lasting study. The main reason that motivated me to write such a book is the lack of sources about the general principles of Turkish Law in English. Turkish Universities teaching in english usually refer to the international publications which do not give sufficient information about Turkish Law. A student in Turkey shall learn Turkish Lawk as well as the universal principles of comperative law. (Önsöz'den)
